Our Pier Pledge

As the People’s Pier, Navy Pier has and always will prioritize the health, safety and well-being of its staff, partners and guests. We are following City of Chicago and CDC guidelines, and will continue to do everything in our power to make each individual feel safe and comfortable while visiting the Pier.

NAVY PIER ALIGNS WITH CITY OF CHICAGO IN LIFTING COVID 19 REQUIREMENTS

The City of Chicago has aligned with federal Public Health Emergency (PHE) in ending the declared public health emergency due to Covid 19. Navy Pier has aligned with the City and State by lifting the previous requirement at the Pier.

Navy Pier will no longer require masks and proof of vaccinations for certain public spaces. Additionally, guests will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination to dine or drink indoors at Navy Pier.

The Pier has strictly adhered to the City’s Covid mitigation mandates and will continue to do so should the need arise. Click here for details from the City of Chicago announcement.
